The ticking stripe fabric is woven from rich, yarn-dyed threads, giving it a lovely textured feel - pairing it with either cork or denim for the base gives it some nautical appeal. - 1/2m fabulous ticking stripe canvas for the bag outer
- 1/2m calico for the bag lining
- 1/2m standard heavy firm interfacing (Natasha recommends Hemline HN105)
- A fat quarter of cork or denim for the bag base (or half a metre if you want to make matching handles)
- OPTIONAL: premade bag handles (or make your own from the base fabric)
