Shipping Policy

Delivery cost. The cost of delivery for UK residents is a set fixed rate of £4.95 (unless your order is over £75, which qualifies you for FREE shipping). You will be charged for each individual order but if you email info@natashamakes.com we will consolidate all orders.

All orders are exported from our system at midnight each day. The details are then passed to each relevant warehouse the following working day (this does not include weekend and UK national holidays). 

Goods will be delivered directly from each individual manufacturer therefore delivery times will vary slightly. Natasha Makes aims to ensure all products are delivered to you as soon as reasonably possible.

Natasha Makes is not responsible for delays outside of our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside of our control Natasha Makes cannot take liability. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of the delay and if there is a risk of substantial delay that has not previously been stated at time of purchase (ie. when we list items as on delayed despatch), you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received. 

Deliveries are made to the address given at the time of order and you must accept full responsibility for ensuring accuracy in the information provided. The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you stated.  

You accept and agree that we will not be held liable for deliveries that go missing or parcels that arrive damaged due to the fault of a 3rd party (i.e. courier). If possible we will send a replacement or offer a refund but we do ask for you to agree in assisting us in any subsequent investigations for compensation from said 3rd party.

Please note that Natasha Makes can currently only ships within the UK. At this moment in time, we cannot accept orders that require shipment outside of this area.
