"Sometimes we all just need a quick, budget-friendly project that looks like a million dollars without costing a fortune - welcome to the Quick Pyramid Pouch! I made this pouch for pennies using just a scrap of fabric, some interfacing, and an inexpensive, pre-made fixed-length nylon zip. I’ve seen this design all over the internet, yet every template I found online turned out to be AI-generated and simply wouldn't go together properly. It took me five or six attempts and quite a bit of a brain-teasing geometry to finally figure out exactly which side became which edge, before making my own version. The good news for you? Now I’ve done all the hard work and frustrating troubleshooting, you don’t have to! Grab your scraps, dive in, and enjoy making your own perfect little pyramid." - Natasha

Instructions only: materials all available to purchase separately.

To make this item, you will need:
  • A 10" x 20" piece, or two 10" squares, of interfaced fabric (Natasha opted for medium weight interfacing). TIP: Leftover layer cake 10" squares are great for this make!
  • Pre-made nylon zip, minimum length 15cm or 6” (this is the length of the section with the zipper teeth)
  • Quilters' ¼" washaway tape
  • Pinking shears
  • OPTIONAL: A split ring/O ring or D ring if you are adding a tab to the top
  • Co-ordinating thread
  • Basic sewing equipment

Postage and packing for UK residents is a set fixed rate of £4.95 (unless your order is over £75, which qualifies you for FREE shipping). We will always use the most appropriate service to get your parcels delivered to you as safely as we can. 

This does mean your orders may arrive via different couriers, and when available, we will send you a tracking ID. 

Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to ship outside the UK, but some customers can still purchase our digital patterns.

A Drop shipped item can take up to 3 - 5 days on top of the estimated delivery time on all products.
