"This is a fun, pretty cushion. An ideal use for your half metre heaven stash, you can use either two or three fabrics for this. I used two fabrics, but instead of my feature print being equally dominant in the background, I switched it around and used the wrong side; this gave a more muted effect to the background and allowed the feature fabric in the central piece to stand out more. Alternatively, you may wish to use a third fabric for your background square."

- Finished cushion size: Approx 16" square

- Two contrasting half metres of fabulous fabric. If you wish, you can use a third plain fat quarter of fabric as well
- A FQ of wadding (Natasha used Vlieseline H640 Fusible Fleece interfacing)
- Template plastic
