"When I received this 100% cotton canvas in an elegant ticking stripe, I just knew I wanted to make it into a lovely tote with a contrast base. The ticking stripe fabric is woven from rich, yarn-dyed threads, giving it a lovely textured feel - pairing it with either cork or denim for the base gives it some nautical appeal. The bag is made with reinforced sides to holds its shape, then handles can either be made to match the base or premade handles selected and sewn on. For me, the finished bag ticks every box!   • 1/2m 100% Cotton Canvas Ticking Stripe in Denim Blue
  • 1/2m calico for the bag lining
  • 1/2m Hemline HN105 standard heavy firm interfacing
  • 1/2m midweight cotton denim in indigo for the bag base
  • Premade 60cm rivet bag handles in black

Fabric bundle and handles ONLY - instructions and additional items for the make are not included.

To make the Ticking Tote, you will also need (not included/sold separately):
  • Co-ordinating thread
  • Basic sewing equipment

        Postage and packing for UK residents is a set fixed rate of £4.95 (unless your order is over £75, which qualifies you for FREE shipping). We will always use the most appropriate service to get your parcels delivered to you as safely as we can.
