INSTRUCTIONS: Quilting With Jane Sew-A-Row BOTM | 'Windmill' and 'Umbrella' Blocks: PRINTED VERSION
SKU: NM_70_40021615P
Bumper TWO BLOCK month!
"This month we are going to make two different blocks: Windmills, to represent March winds (created with simple piecing) and Umbrellas, to represent April showers (created with bonded appliqué)."
This block is the subject of the Quilting With Jane live workshop, hosted on Zoom at 2pm on Sunday 8th February 2026. This is the ninth session of Jane's' Sew-A-Row' project. Each month we will make a block, sometimes we will need to repeat the block to make a row; sometimes it will be a single block. All the blocks are designed to represent a month, so the combined rows when sewn together will create a quilt that depicts the seasons. Sign up or log in by visiting www.quiltingwithjane.com
