It’s that time of year when every letter I receive home from school says ‘bring a hat’ and we also have festivals and barbecues and all kinds of fun events where a bucket hat would go down a treat… for adults and kids alike! So I thought, "Why not make one with a little flair?"
Whether made with your favourite designer prints, or novelty fabrics, your hat has the potential to be one-of-a-kind. Oh and don't worry if you are struggling to choose between fabrics... I've made sure this pattern creates a fully reversible hat! - Natasha

To make this item, you will need:
  • TWO 1/2m of fabulous fabrics
  • 1/2m fusible woven interfacing*
  • Co-ordinating thread
  • Basic sewing equipment including pinking shears
*A NOTE ON INTERFACING: If you choose to make your bucket hat out of something like a denim or a linen - slightly heavier fabric - then don’t worry about interfacing. If you are using cotton quilting fabric or similar, then use a light or medium weight interfacing on one set of fabric pieces.

Postage and packing for UK residents is a set fixed rate of £4.95 (unless your order is over £150, which qualifies you for FREE shipping). We will always use the most appropriate service to get your parcels delivered to you as safely as we can.
