- A fat quarter of cotton fabric for the top
- A fat quarter of water repellent fabric for the base
- A fat quarter of light weight wadding (maybe left over from quilts or make it easy and use a fusible fleece interfacing such as Vlieseline H640 or H630)
- Elastic either the same width as the D ring part of your lobster swivel clip (if using one) or otherwise 1” wide
